At Cocoon Collection Co., we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources and coaching experiences for our creative and neurodivergent community. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
All products sold through Cocoon Collection Co. — including downloadable planners, journals, templates, and guides — are non-refundable. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Courses & Coaching
Due to the digital and time-based nature of our courses and 1:1 coaching services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, missed sessions, or failure to complete a program. Your commitment matters, and so does ours.
